Each student should be given an individual computer with internet access to take the test. The System Requirements are specified in the admin login page http://contests.heymath.com/templates/default/System_Requirements.html The students should enter their Participation Code and login to start the test. The timer will start after a few seconds giving some time for the students to settle and go through the instructions. An auto-save is provided in the test page which saves the students work every ten minutes. A SAVE button is also included in the bottom of the page so that the students can keep saving their work periodically. If due to some unforeseen reason, the students get logged out, we request that they re-enter their Participation Code and continue taking the test. On completing the test, students should click on SUBMIT TEST. Do NOT click on SUBMIT TEST, while doing the test. This button should be clicked only after the student has completed. If the SUBMIT TEST is clicked, then the student WILL NOT be able to continue the test as the test has been submitted. After their 60-minutes has ended, additional few seconds have been provided so that the students do not get anxious about submitting their test and use this time to do a quick run through of the answers. In case they do not submit the test even after this buffer time, their test gets automatically submitted. Do NOT close the browser before submitting the test. Also do NOT refresh/reload the browser or hit the back button during the test. Upon submission, the students would get an official acknowledgement confirming their successful submission. The students are encouraged to take a print of this page for future reference (hard copy or print screen to save as soft copy on computer).
