MONTHLY CRIME BULLETIN Motor Vehicle Theft February 2013 Activity Summary: There was one (1) motor vehicle theft reported in February 2013. There were zero (0) motor vehicle thefts reported during the same time frame in 2012. The percent change from 2012 to 2013 is non-calculable. The incident occurred in a residential setting. The incident has been closed, cleared unfounded. Historically, HPD has an average of 3 motor vehicle thefts during the month of February with a current threshold of 1 to 5. This February, we were within the threshold with 1 reported motor vehicle theft. Forecast for March: The average number of MV Thefts for the month of March is 4 plus or minus 2.
