2013 Become
an
active
actor
in
governance!
Have
you
always
wondered
how
to
have
a
role
in
the
decisions
that
are
taken
and
the
actions
implemented
in
your
community?
Do
you
sometimes
feel
you
disagree
with
the
current
situation?
Then
is
time
to
act!
Youth
are
often
seen
as
powerless
actors
or
passive
members
of
society,
we
believe
this
is
not
true:
young
people
can
be
active
citizens
and
positive
change-makers
at
a
local
and
global
level.
What
will
you
get
out
of
it?
We
think
that
youth
can
and
should
have
an
important
role
in
the
decision- making
process,
not
only
when
the
questions
concern
them
directly.
Young
people
can
bring
a
valuable
input
into
the
political
and
social
arena.
These
two
weekend
workshops
are
aimed
to
give
an
introduction
to
the
concepts
of
governance,
democracy
and
human
rights
(first
weekend)
and
to
give
skills
on
how
to
do
power
analysis
and
use
your
voice
to
hold
decision-makers
into
account
(second
weekend).
