EXHIBIT A My name is Blaine Gardner, I was born January 10th 1985. I went to Pulaski Elementary from there I went to Pulaski Jr/ Sr High School. I played Hockey, Football, Baseball, and ran Track. I started playing sports when I was 4 years old. I was the captain of my Hockey team for most of my career and the same with football team. I played hockey for 14 years and football for 8. During school I was also a member of the Varsity club and helped do fundraising for our school sports. My Junior year of high school I was voted Prom Prince during our school prom and voted Prom King my Senior year. I finished high school on the Honor roll. After high school I went to college at Hudson Valley in Albany and also attended Mohawk Valley in Utica for C.A.D (Computer Aided Drafting) I have worked various jobs since then trying to find something I enjoy doing, during that time I have taught my self to build Computers and also repair them. Computers are something that I have a passion for and I would like to attend college again for computer hardware and software and get certified to pursue a career in that field. I am currently working at Drivers Village in Cicero NY and a service adviser. I have been working here for a year and I really enjoy my job and being able to interact with people on a daily basis.
