Executive Summary
o We are starting the concept of fast food restaurant as the demand is increasing day by day. o Food industry is growing by the rate of 13% estimated by the CSO ( CENTRAL STATISTICAL ORGANIZATION) o We have chosen to enter into the particular industry because as per the BIRD OF GOLD report by McKinsey Global Institute Indian. The industry will grow from 50million to 583 million by 2025. o As the per capital income is rising in the fast food restaurant. It is expected that it will grow to US$310 billion by 2015.

Fast food restaurants extensively market to young people. In 2006, fast food restaurants spent approximately $300 million in marketing specifically designed to reach children and teens, and an estimated $360 million on toys distributed as premiums with childrens meals.7 In 2007, young people viewed more TV ads for fast food than any other food category

With the rapidly growing middle class population and changing lifestyle, India is blessed with one of the fastest growing fast food markets in the world. The Indian fast food market is growing at an annual rate of 25-30%. Almost all the worlds big fast food brands have succeeded in making their presence felt in the country and most of them are posting appreciable.

Consequently, all the popular fast food chains have chalked out massive plans for expanding their business and presence throughout the country. Foreign fast food chains are aggressively increasing their presence in the country.
