By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. There is one prize consisting of a weeks (7 days) free rental of a Beetle Sport 1.4 TSI 160PS 6- Speed Manual (the Vehicle) during the month of April 2013(the Rental Period). The rental dates must fall within the month of April between the dates of 8th November to 14th April, the dates of the rental will be decided between the winner and promoter. ENTRY: Valid entries should be made by submitting a reply to the competition question on the Volkswagen Ireland Facebook tab, www.facebook.com/vwireland.Valid entries must be made between Tuesday 12th March 2013 at23.59 BST and Sunday 31st March 2013. Entrants require a Facebook account; accounts are free to create at http://www.facebook.com. Entrants experiencing technical difficulties may, at the sole discretion of the Volkswagen Ireland team, submit their single entry by emailing facebook@volkswagen.ie with all of the details required on the formal entry form and their answer. Entries submitted in this way will be no more or less likely to win than entries submitted on the formal entry form. Employees of Volkswagen Group Ireland Ltd, their agents or contractors, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and their relatives, any agents or promotional partners involved are ineligible to enter, paid or otherwise. All Entrants must be an Irish residents and over the age of 21 years and under the age of 70 years. Entrants must have held a full Irish driving license for over two years, which must not currently have more than 4 penalty points set against it. Entrants must not have had any conviction against their license in the last three years which has resulted in disqualification and must agree to make their license (both photocard and counterpart) available to the Promoter on request. Maximum one entry per person. The winner will be chosen at random. The Promoters decision is final. Winners will be notified by direct email from the Volkswagen Facebook team and delivery of the prize will subsequently be arranged with the winner. vehicle will be confirmed once location of winner (s) is known to the promoter. The Vehicle will only be provided subject to the winner signing the Promoter's vehicle loan agreement. The Promoter will insure the vehicle for the duration of the Rental Period but the winner shall be liable to pay up to the sum of 5,000 in respect of any damage caused to the Vehicle whilst in their possession. The vehicle must only be used for social, domestic and pleasure purposes.

11. Delivery of the Vehicle will only be confirmed once the winner has provided evidence of their eligibility,

including their full driver's license.

12. The winner will not be insured and will not be permitted to drive the Vehicle if under the influence of alcohol or

drugs, if they are taking any medicines that specifically state that they should not drive, or if they continue to drive if they are aware of any medical conditions that could affect their ability to drive.
13. The Vehicle will be provided with half a tank of petrol and the winner will be expected to return it at this level.

The Promoter will not cover the cost of any petrol that is used during the Rental Period.
14. The Vehicle must not be driven off road and must only be driven in Ireland and not taken abroad, unless express

written permission is provided by the Promoter.

15. The winner will be responsible for any fines, penalties or damage caused to the Vehicle whilst in their

possession.
16. The name of the winner and the prize won will be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid

envelope received by the Promoter before 4th November 2012 on request.

17. If a prize is unclaimed by 23.59 (BST) on Wednesday 3rd April 2013 after reasonable efforts have been made

by the Promoter to contact the winner , the Promoter will be entitled to contact a secondary winner or dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize winners in any future

marketing materials, websites publications, promotions and/or prize draws, including publication of winners identities on the Volkswagen Facebook page.

19. No alternative or cash prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. 20. The prizes do not include any costs not specifically mentioned in paragraphs 2, 10 and 13 above. 21. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of

circumstances outside of its control.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion or the terms and

conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of

the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behavior. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect

participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules will be disqualified.
25. Your personal data will be held by Volkswagen Group Ireland Limited and will be used for the purpose of

administering the prize draw and contacting the winner. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the prize draw your request should be made in writing to the Promoter.
26. If there is a conflict in the terms conditions to this prize draw with any other terms whatsoever attached to any

other advertising material in respect of this draw, these conditions will apply.
