Through His Word (LOGOS= written)- Jesus IS the Word made esh! We must start to become disciples of HIS Word.

by implication to heed & conform to a command or authority. John 15:14 "If you love me, you will keep my commandments. Galatians 5:13-14 For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. James 1:22 Be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. Demonstrates our faith, Proves our love and Validates the words we speak to others.

THROUGH...Enduring Circumstances: Elijah was Running for his life, feeling like a failure, a coward and fruitless, wanting to just die. An angel sends him to Horeb (Mt. Sinai)Back to the Beginning! He tried to hide in a cave but was told to come out and stand ON the daunting mountain...he obeyed, and waited... The Lord speaks to Elijah, not in the wind nor the earthquake nor the fire, but in a still, small voice Blustering winds, devastating earthquake and destructive fires, but He was spared, and heard a quite voice afterwards, was recommissioned and followed the Word of the Lord.

Matthew 4:4 Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word [rhema] that proceeds out of the mouth of God. John 6:63 The words [rhema] that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. Through daily reading of God's Word, which is referred to as the "logos," (logos), Christians will have knowledge of God and know the truth of what is written. In addition to that, God wants to speak to His people and provide insight beyond human understanding. With the help of the Holy Spirit, portions of Scripture that were once words on a page will become rhema. They will have great significance and offer supernatural guidance, comfort, answers and assurances.
