PEDIDOS El pedido implica la aceptacin de las presentes condiciones generales de venta que se entienden aceptadas por el cliente salvo derogacin expresamente por escrito. Los pedidos recibidos de los representantes debern ser previamente aceptados por TDI. TRANSPORTE Los envos se efectuarn siempre por cuenta y riesgo del cliente. A falta de instrucciones precisas, se efectuar con el medio de transporte que se considere ms adecuado. La mercanca se entiende siempre vendida franco fbrica y con embalaje estndar, el transporte es siempre a cargo del cliente. La entrega de la mercanca por parte de TDI al transportista o directamente al cliente, implica el cumplimiento de la entrega en cuestin, y para el cliente la aceptacin del riesgo del transporte, aunque se haya vendido libre de portes. ENTREGAS Los plazos de entrega proporcionados al cliente son a ttulo informativo y una eventual demora debida a terceros, huelgas o por caso fortuito, no podr originar peticiones de indemnizacin por parte del cliente. PRECIOS Los precios de los productos son los que TDI expone en su lista de precios en vigor o en sus ofertas, TDI los podr modificar sin previo aviso debido a la variacin del coste de los materiales, mano de obra y de otros gastos vinculados. MODIFICACIONES TDI trabaja constantemente por la mejora de toda su gama de implementos, las ilustraciones y caractersticas que se muestran y describen son puramente indicativas, TDI se reserva el derecho a realizar modificaciones sin previo aviso. DEVOLUCIONES No se aceptarn devoluciones si no son libre de portes y previa autorizacin por parte de TDI. GARANTA Todos nuestros productos tienen una garanta por defectos de fabricacin durante un periodo de 12 (doce) meses. El perodo de garanta empieza en el momento de la adquisin del equipo por su primer propietario. La garanta no tiene validez en caso de: -Daos que deriven por la ausencia de mantenimiento de los implementos por parte del cliente. -Daos en los equipos durante el transporte. -Daos que se deriven de la modificacin o alteracin de los productos, sin autorizacin de TDI. -Daos que deriven del uso inadecuado de los equipos. -Componentes sometidos a desgaste. TDI se reserva el derecho de peritar las piezas defectuosas para determinar si procede a su reposicin en garanta. Si la avera se debiese a un defecto de fabricacin, TDI se compromete a reponer las piezas daadas por otras nuevas, quedando excluidos los gastos originados por mano de obra y/o transporte. La garanta del producto no incluye, en ningn caso, indemnizacin debida a que la mquina haya estado parada. PAGOS Los pagos se efectuarn en los trminos y con los medios pactados. El impago autoriza a la suspensin de las entregas. Transcurridos ocho das a partir de la fecha de llegada de la mercanca al destinatario, dicha mercanca se considera aceptada y por lo tanto no se aceptar ninguna reclamacin. JURISDICCIN Cualquier controversia que pueda suscitarse con TDI ser sometida a los juzgados y tribunales de Granollers - Barcelona, Espaa.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

ORDERS An order implies the acceptance of the present general sale conditions that are understood and specifically accepted by the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing. The received orders of the sales representatives will have to be previously accepted by TDI. TRANSPORT Shipments are always made at the risk of the customer. In the absence of specific instructions, shipments shall be sent by means of transport that is deemed most appropriate. The goods are always sold ex-works, with standard packaging, and the transport provided by the customer. The delivery of the goods by TDI to the transport company or directly to the customer involves compliance with the shipment conditions, and customer acceptance of the risks of transport, even if sold free of transportation charges. DELIVERY Estimated delivery times are provided to the customer who will be informed of possible delays due to third parties, or unforeseen strikes. This can not lead customer to requests for compensation. PRICES The prices of the products are as presented by TDI in their price list in force or in their bids. TDI can make changes without notice due to variations in the cost of materials, labour and other linked costs. MODIFICATIONS TDI constantly works to improve its entire range of attachments; illustrations and features shown and described are purely indicative, and TDI reserves the right to make changes without notice. RETURNS Returns will not be accepted unless they are free of transportation charges, and prior authorization by TDI will be required. WARRANTY All our products have a warranty against defective workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months. The warranty period begins at the time of acquisition of equipment by its first owner. The guarantee does not cover: -Damage caused by a lack of maintenance of the equipment by the customer. -Damage to the equipment during transport. -Damage caused by the modification or alteration of the products, without written authorization from TDI. -Damage caused by the wrong use of equipment. -Components subjected to wear. TDI reserves the right to check the defective parts before deciding to proceed with its replacement under warranty. If the damage is due to manufacturing defects, TDI is committed to replacing these damaged parts with new ones, excluding the cost of labour and / or transportation. The warranty does not include, in any case, compensation due to machine downtime. PAYMENTS Payments will be made with the means and under the terms agreed. Discontinued payment authorizes the suspension of deliveries. After eight days from the date of arrival of goods to the recipient, such products are deemed accepted and therefore are not subject to any claims. JURISDICTION Any disputes that may arise with TDI will be submitted to the court in Granollers - Barcelona, Spain.
