Dear Mr. Vieira, Thank you for the quick response. Please see attached a statement in German and English language showing proof that Antonio da Silva made this request to lANA. Further there is an email fromKimDavis.TeehDirectorofIANAtoMr.SigmundLex.Mr. Horst Reissenberger and Antonio da Silva. In this email Mr. Davis is saying he spoke with Antonio da Silva about the changes requested. Therefore Antonio cannot say, he did nothing or he does not know about this! Regarding "GW" I am in eontaet with IANA sinee 2005 until last week! lt is my impression, that Kim Davs, the Teeh Direetor is not informed about certain legal issues, ! know Kim Davis personally and will eontact him, IANA and iCANN today and stop any changes instigated by Antonio da Silva and his partners.
