Good knowledge on the process optimization for cost reduction, impurity profile synthesis and deviational study of API molecules. Preparation of product development report, synthesize the noninfringing root for the molecule and proficient in technology transfer from bench scale to plant scale.

Handling reactions from mg scale to gram scale. Carry out various types of organic reactions in the synthesis of Library molecules using parallel synthesizer. Literature survey using the software tools like MDL Crossfire finder, Scifinder and Reaxys.

Characterize the product by the analytical tools like NMR, IR, LC-MS, HPLC, GC-MS and Mass spectrum. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: Presently working as an Executive in organic synthesis lab (OSLAPI), Calyx Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals LTD - Located at Mumbai since November- 2010. Recently worked as a Research Associate in Medicinal chemistry laboratory, GVK Biosciences private Ltd - a contract research organization at Hyderabad from 9th- June 2005 to 2nd -November2010. Worked as a Research chemist at Dr.REDDYs laboratories ltd (unit-2, Bollaram), hyd, India from June 2004 to May 2005.
