FALL 2013 ADVANCE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FALL 2013 SCHEDULE IS NOW OPEN IN OZONE Advance Registration Begins March 25 (students with early enrollment privileges) Advising is required each semester for all Mewbourne College of Earth and Energy students, before registering for classes. Procedures for NEW MCEE students: MCEE requires all students new to the college to be advised by MCEE Student Services academic advisors. This includes new from University College students, new transfer students, and students changing majors within OU. Note: students currently in University College are advised in University College only. The MCEE advising dates are Monday, March 11 Thursday, April 18, 2013. (Mondays through Thursdays only). For advising and enrollment in the Fall 2013 semesters: o Call MCEE Student Services at 325-4005 to set up an advising appointment. o Review Degree Navigator, create a trial schedule, note Course Reference Numbers (CRNs). Procedures for CONTINUING Petroleum Engineering students: o All documentation of advising will be noted on the Degree Navigator NOTES Section by your advisor. Degree Navigator is your degree audit. o Review Degree Navigator and be familiar with your degree requirements, create written trial schedule, note CRNs. o Meet with faculty for advisement during an appropriate time scheduled below Walk In.
