Merchandiser Duties and Responsibilities Responsible to lead a team of merchandisers to execute orders procured from direct retail customers. Independently handles customer accounts for development, procurement, execution and post-remittance services. Responsible for material sourcing, costing and product pricing. Takes responsibility from development to shipment of garments , (Overall responsibilities of merchandising procedure) . Handles buyers quotation and negotiation. Organize, distribute the tasks among the team member and ensure that the dead lines are met. Order development, follow up and co-ordination with sample, knitting, dyeing, sewing, cutting, finishing, printing, embroidery and others related operation.

 Ensure the all sample trims and accessories will be approved as per required date as well as in house. Works on minimizing the cost with reference to chemical and water. Proper handling of managerial and labor problems with respect to discipline and working efficiency. To reduce wastage with reference to accessories, and chemicals.
