PRESENT: Mrs. Eva Ordeniza Chairman Mr. Paterno Amamio Vice-Chairman Mrs. Lucia Paales Secretary Ms. Edelyn Salinas Treasurer Ms. Ameliza Ordeniza Auditor Mrs. Marilou Agad PIO Mr. Jundee Gabica Coordinator RESOLUTION NO. 01-12-004 A RESOLUTION DECLARING FULL SUPPORT TO 1-KOOP MINDANAO AND TO FULLY ENDORSE AND SUPPORT ALL ITS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDING ITS INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MAY 2013 PARTY LIST SYSTEM OF REPRESENTATION. WHEREAS, 1-Koop Mindanao Foundation is converted into 1-Koop Mindanao Party; WHEREAS, LTMPC is a member of 1-Koop Mindanao; WHEREAS, 1-Koop Mindanao was organized to work for the unity, development and strengthening of the cooperative sector in Mindanao particularly in Region 10; WHEREAS, it would provide a forum for intelligent and productive discussion of relevant issues of public interest especially on education, peace and development; WHEREAS, it would strive for the realization of a lasting peace in Mindanao; NOW THEREFORE, on joint motion of the Board of Directors present, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to become active member of 1-Koop Mindanao and to fully endorse and support all its programs and activities including its intention to participate in the May 2013 Party List system of representation. RESOLVED FURTHER, that LTMPC agrees as it hereby agrees to become a chapter office in all places where there are branches of operation and to manage the chapter including recruitment of more members to work for the realization of the objectives of 1-Koop Mindanao. RESOLVED FURTHERSTILL, that LTMPC authorized as it hereby authorized the officers or duly designated authorities of 1-Koop Mindanao to represent LTMPC in the proceedings with and before the Commission on Elections in relation to the filing of the Petition for Accreditation to participate in the May 2013 Party List System of Representation. RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the office of 1-Koop Mindanao, MASS-SPECC building, Tiano-Pacana Sts., Cagayan de Oro City and other offices concerned for their information and appropriate action. ADOPTED AND APPROVED. JANUARY 10, 2011
