Introduction
Purpose
This document is a user training manual for the Evaluation & Examination System. This document is intended to be used by healthcare professionals (HCP) to help them to use the system in efficient manner.

Registration Page 1- You are required to fill-in all information in the registration page. 2- All fields in bold labels are required fields, such as (Category, Specialty, English name, Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status, Nationality, Identity ID, User name, Password, Country, Email, Telephone, Mobile). 3- Other fields are optional such as (Arabic Name, P.O Box, R-Number). Note: R-Number is mandatory for Health care Professionals who has been evaluated by U.A.E Ministry of Health and holding evaluation certificate.

4- Click on Register button after you fill-in all required information in the registration page.
5- Registration has been done successfully. 6- You will receive a message with the login information on your email for verification. 7- Click on Go to login page.

Work Space
System displays work space page with the following parts: - Profile Summary: a read only summary of personal information which is name (Arabic & English), date of birth, specialization, personal photo and current status of the applicant. - Tasks List: a list with open tasks for editing the applicant profile according to his status. - Applications History: A read only list of HCP applications history including the Submit action.

Updating Profile
Updating Personal Information Healthcare Professional (HCP) can update or edit his/her personal information entered previously in the registration page. 1- Click on Profile tab. 2- Click on Browse button in the picture field to upload your personal photo.

3- Click on Browse button in the passport picture field to upload your passport image.
4- After you finish updating your personal information click on Update button. 5- Your personal information has been updated successfully. 6- You can click on Work Space tab to see the unfinished tasks in the task list.

7- Click on one of the unfinished task and it will take you direct to the proper link. For example: 8- Click on Missing details in experience in the task list that will take you direct to the experience tab. 9- You can do the same for the other missing details in the task list.
Updating Qualification Healthcare Professional (HCP) can Add, Edit or delete his/her qualifications. Adding new qualification: 1- Click on Qualification Tab or click on the missing details in qualification in the task list. 2- Click on Add Qualification button.

3- Fill-in all required information in qualification page then click on Save button.
4- The qualification has been added successfully and it will appear on the main page of the qualification tab.

5- You can edit the qualification information previously entered by clicking on the qualification degree. (example: click on Bachelor as shown in the above screen) 6- Click Edit button to edit your selected qualification.

7- You can delete the qualification information previously entered by selecting the degree then click on Delete button.
8- You can do the same procedure for the other tabs (Experiences, Continual Medical Education, Foreign licenses, Publications and References). 9- Go to Work Space tab and click Submit button after you finish all tasks in the task list.
10- A confirmation page with all your information entered will be displayed, click on Submit to confirm submission your application or Cancel to edit your previously entered information. Note: After Submit button has been clicked, you agree on all entered information and you will not have the permission to change or update any previously entered information.

Re-Evaluation
The purpose of the Re-evaluation application is to apply for upgrading the evaluation certificate medical title obtained in a previous MOH evaluation or add new experiance. Re-Evaluating steps: 1- Go to www.moh.gov.ae > E-Services > Evaluation & Examination System. 2- Click on login here. 3- Enter your username and password then click Sign In.
4- In the Work Space page, choose either to add experience or request new title and then click on Re-Evaluate button to activate the re-evaluation process.

5- A new row will appear in the Applications History table with a Submit button. 6- All Add buttons will be active in all tabs (Qualification, Experiences, Continual Medical Education, Foreign licenses, Publications and References). Update your profile and enter your new data for re-evaluation. Note: at least one experience should be added to submit your application. 7- Click on Submit.
