Using these phrases daily will change your life for the better and make each day as you call it.
beginning of any physical manifestation. You need the thought, then the belief that you can have and do it, then take the appropriate consistent action until you get what you want. Your feedback is "am I getting what I want?", If your answer is no, try anything else until you get the results you want.
Beliefs
Some of our underlying beliefs have been with us since childhood. They may have been appropriate then but are they now? These are the beliefs that run our life without any conscious thought on our part. Bring these beliefs up to date so you get what you want and need now. The most appropriate belief comes from personal experience. Any belief you have that came from something you read, saw on TV, heard on radio, learned in school or your Mother told you needs to be checked to see if it is valid for you NOW. These are the poverty and lack beliefs that keep us from our personal best. Remember if I shoot an arrow against a wall then draw a perfect bullseye target around it---that is not the same as shooting at a target and hitting the bullseye. However to anyone who comes along after the fact both look the same! This is how incorrect beliefs are created and they live and die with us
until we consciously take a reality check in the present moment. Empowering beliefs of prosperity, I deserve, I can, I intend, I am qualified, I am prepared, etc., will take you effortlessly to the desires, achievements and goals you decide on.
Balance
life. On the personal side remember to balance Mental, Physical and Spiritual. In the world you balance personal, family, friends, work, play and community. The keyword is moderation or "middle road".
Action
determined by your goals. Our results are the feedback of our daily efforts. Monitor and modify your actions to get the results you want. Action gives thoughts their power to manifest in the physical world.
Remember even if you win the "Rat Race" you are still a RAT!
Learn
Be a "Learner". Constantly learn new skills in the areas of physical, mental and spiritual. Every skill you learn adds to your self-esteem and makes a tremendous difference in your life and makes you more interesting to be around. Learn how to "Relax" on your own command and be at one with the World. Learn to "be here now" in this present moment. Learn to give your word to yourself and others. Then follow through with your intentions to the best of your ability. Others will believe in you and best of all, you will believe and trust in yourself. Eat in moderation. Eat more water-based foods, such as, carrots, oranges, apples, potatoes, watermelons, etc. Our body is
Diet
made up of 80% water it makes sense to eat foods that are similar. Vary the meats you eat and eat them in moderation. Dont drink milk and reduce the consumption of other dairy products. Eliminate caffeine, sugar, smoking and alcohol---these are known killers. Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices (the best combo is carrot and apple). Occasionally go on a one-day juice fast---try to use this day to rest, relax and recharge. Drink filtered water.
Physical
Walk whenever possible. Learn and participate regularly in a sport (at least once a week). Sport ideas are Surfing, Running, RollerBlading, Golf, Tennis, Racquetball, etc. Get the proper and best equipment and instruction for the maximum benefit and enjoyment. Continue to develop your expertise in the sport of your choice. Schedule it and make it a priority.
Joy
Practice and really learn to "Smell the Roses". Make fun happen and life more joyful for yourself and those around you. Give of yourself. Giving is living. Forgive and forget. Give Love. Love is the energy of the Cosmos. Practice "Love it the way it IS" and go beyond it.

IMAGINATION
"Imagination is more important than knowledge" -Albert Einstein
ZEN
Mind is a tool. It is important like any fine tool to keep it in the best working order. Bringing the Mind, Body and Spirit together in oneness is the goal. People let their mind take them here and there like a drunken monkey. This must stop. Peace comes from taking control of the mind and using it as the powerful tool it was meant to be. The concept of "No-Mind" is older than time and one of the most important. We are light and everything about us is traveling at the speed of light. Our mind works best with pictures at the speed of light 186,000 miles per second. As soon as we "hear" a thought we have dramatically slowed down the process. Try to have 2 pictures in your mind at the same time without an "audible" thought---usually trying to compare, value or define the pictures in some way. This Peace of Mind can be illustrated by the oneness of the Samurai swordsmen in battle---there is no time to be anywhere but in the moment because of the immanent extreme danger---you could lose your head and life while your mind wandered on such thoughts as your pending IRS audit or what new car to get! The swordsman has concentrated everything on the present moment but is still actively alert and ready for anything. You may experience this feeling yourself in our "modern" world by a near collision in traffic, taking a bad step on a shear cliff, Martial Arts practice or other potentially dangerous times. This feeling is as if nothing else exists outside this present moment. This peak experience could have the label negative or positive but you would exist as one with whatever was going on.
Peak experiences give you the best example of being in the present with your entire mind, body and spirit. Being in the present moment is so important but your mind wants to take you to a thousand other places. The idea of meditation in the morning and in the evening has become popular but this is like to bookends with your life in the middle. Life is a meditation. Practice being in the present each moment without the distractions of your million other thoughts and live your life as a meditation. This will be living with a bit more uncertainty but the increased joy and spontaneity will be worth it.
Relaxation Technique
This relaxation technique is powerful and the benefits are immediate. The mind is a tool and we should develop it to work for us not against us. The most influential people in the world use this relaxation technique. Join them. Sit in a relaxed position, take 2 or 3 deep breaths letting your air out slowly and completely. Think of a place, event or time that you felt wonderful and powerful. Go there now in your minds eye and visualize in full color everything thing including yourself being there. See what is all around you. Feel the temperature, the wind, the moisture or dryness. Smell the smells. Hear the sounds of the peaceful surroundings. Breathe slowly and relax even further. Bring a smile to your face. Enjoy everything in a peaceful and relaxed way. Still smiling, touch your right hand thumb and second finger together, feeling some pressure at the tips. Now inwardly say to yourself "I Love Myself---I really love myself". Repeat this several times with your thumb and finger touching and smiling. Take notice of how good you feel at this moment. Relax even further. Come back to the present. You now have a trigger point, which will access this feeling of tremendous peace, serenity, relaxation and love of yourself. To test this trigger, take a couple of deep breathes exhaling slowly and completely, put you finger and thumb together, smile and say to yourself "I Love Myself---I really love myself". You will feel that same peaceful and powerful feeling. The more you practice this the better you will feel about yourself and Life. When you find yourself in a difficult situation, which causes you to be anxious, depressed, uncertain, fearful just touch your finger and thumb together, smile and say internally "I Love Myself---I really love myself". You will get immediate results and be able to function more clearly in any situation with your intuition working in harmony with your thinking mind. This can be used to stop the constant "chatter of negative thoughts" that go through your mind. Replace a negative habit with a positive habit.
LEADERSHIP SUCCESS
"An organization is only as great as the people in it, and the people are only as great as the organization allows them to be."
Major survey of the American work force cites the following results:
Less than 25% say they are working at their full potential. 50% say they put only enough effort into their job in order to keep it. Fully 75% say they could be significantly more effective than they presently are. Almost 60% say they "do not work as hard as they used to." 20% of employees can cause 100% of the grievances, 40% of the absences, 52% of the garnishments, 38% of the medical claims, and 40% of the sick leave.
"An organization is only as strong as the weakest link in its chain of command."
Company policy and administration, supervision, relationship with supervisor, work conditions, personal life, status, and security.
Leadership Strategies:
People perform best at tasks they themselves are motivated to perform. Leaders allow people to motivate themselves to move in the desired direction because they want to. Leaders set the example to follow in all areas of their lives. Leaders are "people" persons. They know how to recognize and satisfy the needs and wants of the people they work with to get them to be selfactualized and internally motivated. Leaders make the person more important than the point---and successfully make their point..
