Discussion Questions
Respond to weekly discussion questions. Discussion Questions are located at the end of my weekly lectures located in the course materials forum. Discussion Questions require discussion answers. Responding with a basic book answer will not earn you full credit for the assignment and is equivalent to answering a quiz question. Hence the name Discussion Question - I expect you to not only answer the question, but discuss it! I also require mention of a real world experience and/or current event and responses should be between 200 and 500 words. Paraphrase! Do not copy and paste material that is word for word from other sources which consist of more than 50% of your answer. Doing so may result in a plagiarism charge. See the DQ Example in the Course-Materials Forum for assistance.

You do not need to simply repeat everything that has been discussed. What I'm most interested in is what you learned about yourself and your role during the course of the week. The Weekly Summary is a graded activity. Instead of posting specific questions to determine your progress and substantive knowledge gained, you get to tell the instructor and the class what you have learned. Tell me about what you learned from the messages and weekly reading assignment(s). Please address the content of the course and your reaction to it in your weekly summary. Do not simply discuss your schedule, whether the server was up or down, and other process related items. For full credit, the length of your weekly summary
