What other factors affect a project? Answer: A project has a unique purpose for well defining the objectives. It also used to provide some unique products or services. A project is temporary rather than permanent systems.. It has a defined beginning and a definite end. Project helps to form a team which is able work on a collaboration project. After the project done, a report and a presentation of the results in a month has to be presented. A project in business and science is typically defined as a collaborative enterprise, frequently involving research or design, that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim. Projects can be involved by teams within or across organizations to accomplish particular tasks under some constraints. A project requires resources which are often getting from various area peoples, hardware, software, other assets-collaboration which are not just from IT department but it is also from sales, marketing, and other areas of the company which together help to develop different type of ideas in a project. A project should have primary sponsor or customer. A project involves uncertainty because they are unique and difficult to define the projects objectives clearly or even how much it will cost at the end of the project. All the uncertainty make the project management becomes challenging, expecially involvement of new technologies. There are a few factors which can affect a project such as the scope, time goals and cost goals. If we need to complete a project successfully, we might need to meet all this three goals and able to reach the satisfaction of project sponsors. Quality is considered as one of the factor in a project too. After complete whole project, the quality is very important to maintain the satisfaction of the customer or sponsors. Therefore, a good project management is needed to maintain the satisfaction of the customer and sponsors , reduce the factor constraints and maintain the quality of the project.
