PAGE 1 OF 3 July 28, 197r CECO POWER TURBINE GOVERNOR-SPEED SET COVER, REPLACE PLANNING INFORMATION EFFECTlVlTY: REASON: All P/N 6851468 (CECO P/L 104100A6) and P/N 6851407 (CECO P/L 1045OOAl) Power Turbine Governor Assemblies. This bulletin provides for the removal of the speed set cover, including the maximum PC port and speed set lag jet port which are not required in the field. A new speed set cover which does not incorporate ports for the maximum PC stop, and speed set lag bleed replaces the current speed set cover. This change may be incorporated on any governor on attrition of the old style cover. Modification is recommended when stock of P/N 96337 Speed Set Covers are exhausted. FAA-DER Approved. No additional manhours are required at overhaul.

Reidentify modified Power Turbine Governor Assemblies as P/N 6886409 (CECO P/L 104100A8) or P/N 6886410 (CECO P/N 104500A3) as applicable. ,.
