History of DUAL Group

Established from 1991, as fully private (family) businesses; Growth based entirely on reinvested profits; Diversified expertise acquired over time, resulting in a full range of products and services, as well as complex turn-key projects for infrastructure and various industries; Development based on renewing technology, (re)designing products to customers needs, training workforce; 20 years later, DUAL Group is a well-established and appreciated business partner in the market, exports 15-25% of output, has a turnover of some EUR 14M and a workforce of some 220 people dedicated to their work; For the past 12 years, the financial reports of the companies are audited yearly by Deloitte&Touche. In 2005, SOBEM Romania (www.sobemromania.ro) was created as a joint venture between DUAL MAN and SOBEM (France) for the manufacturing of electrical enclosures.

The welding capabilities include the following: Welding management as per EN 729/ISO3834 Part 2 Capability as per DIN 18800-7, DIN 18801, DIN 4131, DIN 4132 for welding techniques 111 (manual welding), 135, 136 (MAG welding) for materials S235, S275, S355 WPAR as per EN288-3, certified by SLV Munchen and/or ISIM Timisoara, covering the materials and thickness ranges in our current production Welding staff certified as per EN 287-1+A1 by SLV Munchen and/or ISIM Timisoara for techniques and materials in our current production range

QUALIFIED WELDING PROCESSES

DUAL MAN has qualified personnel for operating various welding processes
MIG welding with electric arc in inert gas with tubular electrode or tubular wire MAG welding with electric arc in active gas with tubular electrode or tubular wire WIG/TIG welding with electric arc in inert gas with Wolfram electrode electric welding by pressure points bolt welding exothermic welding (copper-copper, copper-steel)

More than 50 automatic, mechanized or manual equipments are the technical resources that are used for welding > carbon steels and alloys, > stainless steel > aluminum alloys
High purity gases are used, in line with the welding technique and the welded materials (CO2, AR, M21, etc.)
