Agreement between Actors and Company
South End Studios

The following contract is a reciprocal agreement between our media studies group, Matonga & Mckenzie Entertainment, binding you, the actor and us into an official contract.

Our Agreement
Our current productions will you to work from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. The times and dates are fully negotiable and we agree to keep you no longer than 7.00pm, providing you with light snacks and beverages while you work. Directions carried out by lead director Elliot Mckenzie will be done in a safe environment, with all directions being passed efficiently and rationally. By signing this contract, you have agreed to film within a cemetery, giving the notion that you will be able to partake within the film while being at ease in this particular surrounding. The health and safety rules that you shall encounter there to ensure that working environment is safe to operate in and that all those involved within any type of work are safe. By signing this contract, you will abide and follow all rule, direction, and measures that have been put into place which secures the safety of yourself and, all those around you. If you do not, the contract will be terminated and you shall be dismissed for the location immediately. We understand that commitment and events that occur can halt the progression of work therefore; we will notify you immediately if any shoots are canceled or rescheduled. Once we are able to reschedule, we will contact you to negotiate a time. If you are unable to attend any work agreements, please ensure that you notify us as soon as possible. All personnel are to follow the official work plan agreed upon by actor and company. If any changes are made, an official agreement must be made between actor and company before proceeding. This ensures that you, the actor, feels safe and comfortable with new decisions and that we can make do our work properly.

Actors Agreement
Once all times and dates have been discussed and confirmed, you must make sure that you arrive on time. If you are going to run late, notify us by contacting us before hand so that we can be aware of your situation. When an agreement of filming times and dates have been made, you must not plan other commitment and/or event within those allotted times. By doing this, you are jeopardizing the valuable time of the company and you placement with us. Continually do so and you shall be dismissed immediately. You will be working with media students and fellow actors. This means working in a group and in cooperating teamwork. When direction and discussions take place, listen to other members and contribute sensibly. Inappropriate behavior shall not be tolerated and in the event of such circumstances, the consequences shall be severed. When on set and acting, professionalism and maturity is expected from all workers at all time. If an agreement has been made for you to bring prop(s) and/or costume(s), ensure that you obtain the selected items as early as possible. If you are unsure or need help in getting these items, talk to a member of staff or you leader before the next meeting. If you are unable to bring them, notify you leader beforehand. Lastly, if there are any problems that may affect you work, immediately notify your leader or manager. Any conditions, health issues, or disabilities should be brought up as soon as possible so that all members of staff can be notified and aware of what to do in case of an emergency.
