Changes: The entire networking code of the server has been remade. It doe s now use a constant number of threads, should be a little bit faster, or at least takes less CPU resources. The color of the download speed graph has been changed. Improve creatly the installation process by using Inno Setup by Jordan Russell. The connect message can now be much bigger (32 Kb). The speed limit does also affect uploads. Improved greatly the configuration of the passive addresses and ports used. Overall stability is greatly improved. New GUI bitmaps.
