Paras Singhal, Managing Director MBA, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
Paras is the Founder of hCapital. After graduating from IIM Bangalore in 2005, he worked in companies like GE Money and i-maritime Consulting, before starting this venture. He has now close to 6 years of experience of working in HR Consulting space.

Aniket Gite, Senior Manager PG Marketing Welingkar Institute of Management

Aniket has more than 4 years of experience in recruitment industry and handles Oil & Gas / EPC / Infrastructure vertical in the organization. Prior to joining hCapital, he was working as a Branch Manager with a mid sized recruitment consulting firm.

Swapnil Karande, Manager MBA, Indian Institute of Management, Indore
