Applications in the prescribed format as given below are invited from Indian Citizens for the post of Nirman Sahayak in different Gram Panchayats under this District.. . (a) Name of the Post (b) Total Vacancy ::-

Nirman Sahayak. Total-60 (Sixty) [Unreserved - 21 (Twenty one), SC- 8 (Eight), ST- 2 (Two), Unreserved (EC) - 12 (Twelve), SC(EC)-6 (Six), ST(EC) 1(One), OBC-A 4(Four), OBC-B 3(Three), OBC-A (EC) 2 (Two), OBC-B (EC) 1 (One)].

: - Different Gram Panchayats under the District of Howrah. : - Rs. 9000/--40500/-(PB-4) with Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- and other allowances etc. as admissible by the State Government for employees of Panchayat Raj Institutions (Non- Government). : - i)Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Institution recognized by State Government or Central Government. ii) The candidates must be a citizen of India as defined in the Part-II of the Constitution of India.

(e) Qualification

Age (for all the posts under categories):- 18-40 years on the 1st January, 2012 subject to the provision of the West Bengal service (Raising of Age Limit) Rules, 1981. The upper age limit is relaxable for Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe 5 years and for Backward Class 3 years under the orders of the State Government. The upper age limit for Exempted Categories are relaxable as per existing rules of Govt. Documents to be submitted: Attested copies of all testimonials / certificates regarding essential and desirable qualification, age, caste/ categories etc. shall be enclosed with the application. A candidate must submit his application in prescribed form personally or through Post / Courier Service between 11.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m on all working days in a box to be kept for this purpose at the office of the DPRDO on or before the closing date. Applications received after the closing date shall not be accepted. The application form shall be filled in candidates own handwriting in blue/black ink and signed by him/her. If any of the statements made in the application be subsequently found to be false within the knowledge of the candidate, his/her candidature will be liable to cancellation, and even if appointed to a post on the results of the examination his/her service will be liable to be terminated . Willful suppression of any material fact will also be similarly dealt with. Candidates should take particular note that entries in their applications submitted must be made correctly against all the items which will be treated as final and no alteration or addition in this regard will be entertained after submission of the application. Complete application must be submitted with (i) one attested photograph pasted on the application and (ii) one self address envelope (25x10cm) affixed with postage stamp of Rs.25/-(Rupees Twenty-five) only .
