THE ABOVE FLOWCHART INDICATES THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS OF MAKING A NAMKEEN: 1. RAW MATERIAL: Raw material include in making a namkeen is gram dall(Chana dall) is making ready. Such that it should be clean and stone less. 2. MAKING GROUND (FLOOR): After making the gram dall clean make it ready for making that floor. With the help of pulverizer the chana dall will make to a floor. Now its chana floor or a soft basen. 3. WET MIXER: Thus came chana floor take in to a empty vessel and add water up to required water and mix well. 4. ADDING SPICES: Thus mixed water in chana floor mix it thoroughly and then add with spices such as salt oil and masala include chili powder and other flavor agents. 5. MIXING IT TO DESIRED LEVEL : Thus added flavors are stir well either with the mixing machine with the hand up to the soften level up to desired taste. 6. FRYING: Thus mixture is fried in a pan full of hot oil up to 80 degree cen. With the ghatia machine to get the required shape. 7. OIL DRYER: The fryer ghatia are then make it to oil dryer so that no oil content will be there. This helps the namkeen to last long with freshness.

MIXING IT WITH SPICES: Here comes the important process such that all the required items should be included in it such as small bundi, Mysore dall, kaju, kissmiss, masala powder etc., and then stir it to the mixing machine to mix well for the desired output. 9. PACKING: The ready to eat snack is ready for the last process after all the required amount is mixed well the final product is made to pack for the consumer products. Such as 1KG, HALF KG, QUARTER KG. 10. READY TO SALE: The desired output is came and we are ready for the dispatch the final product to the destinations.

It also has the capacity to manufacture 5 tones of its full capacity, environment friendly. The technology designed is the latest such that no one in and around the area have these features. This many used in metros for cost efficient purposes. Etc. With the planning of raw materials and manufacturing technology, the processes havent stopped yet we already appointed sales executives who are already in this field.
