Price Ownership of 1/12 of a condominium price 350,000 THB 4% purchasing cost, cover cost for registration by Land Office and service Monthly or yearly fee: No monthly or yearly maintenance fee, it will be covered of the management company by renting out the apartment, 2 months per year. Discount Priviledge: 25% discount will be offered on Food and Beverages as well as service such as spa and beauty . This concept includes a 7-10 people speed boat, for fun water skiing, banana boat parachute raising and water jet skiing to common use. The owner pays just maintenance and fuel. Booking in advance together with stay in the unit. When can apartments be used / occupied by owners? At any times during the year after first books first accepts. In case the unit should have been reserved by another owner. The owner has the right to stay in another vacant unit at the same standard / room type or at any times owner can upgrade and pay only the different according to official room rates The only condition is the reservation must be done in advance. The management company reserves the rights to automatically accept rented customers by 4 weeks and less. You have no obligation to use your guarantee but you have a possibility. If you will get use of your price guarantee, most you set you unit for sale by the management company. Can I have more shares or later have from the other share owner? Each unit splits into 12 shares, each with 30 days used right. The 2 shares belong to the management company. You can at any times buy more shares if some is for sale. You can also negotiate and buy from the other person that has share in your unit. You can even be owner of the whole unit if you want. And if you have bought all shares you can decide what to do with your apartment even if you want to rent out or not. If you have all shares there is no longer any commitment. The management company will be helpful with contact the other shareholders in case you later are thinking to buy more shares. What will be my benefit? 1.
