LIMESTONE CRUSHING for Engineered Fill SIDRA PROJECT

Al Daicel will be installing and as well as operating two (2) units of crushers in the dumping site with the sole purpose of supplying the fill materials which SIDRA Project needs. These fill materials are as follows: 1. Approved Imported Engineering fill to backfill, make up level, as per project specification section 02300, Part 2.1 Item G, page# 5 of 13; Soil material Naturally or artificially graded mixture of natural or crushed gravel, crushed stone and natural or crushed sand; ASTM D 2940; with at least 90% passing a 38-mm sieve and not more than 12% passing a 0.075-mm sieve. Furthermore, all fill material should also conform to specification Appendix A, Part 1, Attachment 4, Item 10.1 of page# 10 of 11 which stipulates that Maximum water soluble salts content shall be limited to maximum 2% by dry weight and liquid limit shall be less than 35% and plasticity Index shall be limited to a maximum value of 10%. 2. Approved Satisfactory Soil to backfill, make up level as per Specification Section 02300 Part 2.1, Item B, page# 4 of 13; Satisfactory Soil conforming to ASTM D 2487, soil classification groups GW, GP, GM, SW, SP and SM or a combination of these group symbols; free of rock or gravel larger than 75mm in any dimension, debris, waste, frozen materials, vegetation and other deleterious matter. These fill materials will be processed with the use of excavated material already stockpiled in the dump site located approximately 8.5 kilometers South from the Project Site. The processing of the excavated material will involve: Screening, Crushing, Mixing, Loading, Stockpiling and Hauling. The processing will be done with the use of the following equipments: PAYLOADERS/SHOVELS - will be doing the loading of excavated material to the screens and crushers. They will also be used in collecting the processed/re-processed material to stockpile and load for trucks to haul-off. BACKHOES will be collecting and loading the screens and crushers with excavated material to process. From time to time they can also be used for stockpiling and loading.

DUMP TRUCKS/TRAILERS will be hauling the excavated material from the project site to this dump site. They will also haul processed fill material to be supplied to the Project Site. BULLDOZER will push all material of any type to their designated areas so as not to crowd the operation in the dump site. SCREENS will classify the various sizes of excavated materials to be processed in the dump site. These will also separate any debris, waste, frozen materials, vegetation and other deleterious matter which are not in conformity with the specification of the fill material which SIDRA Project needs. CRUSHERS crush and mix excavated materials to desired approved fill materials which will be supplied to SIDRA Project. Note: For the equipment detailed specifications please see the following pages. The Processing of excavated material area as follows: 1. SCREENING excavated material will pass through screens in order to separate small and big sizes of material and then be classified as to their size dimensions for further processing. In this, Payloaders/Shovels and Backhoes/Buckets will be employed to collect and load excavated material to screen and once these are done the material passing the screens will again be collected and cleaned of any debris, waste, frozen materials, vegetation and other deleterious matter before stockpiling. 2. CRUSHING initially screened materials as well as medium sized excavated material will be crushed into desired dimensions to produce the material being required by SIDRA. Same equipments such as Payloaders/Shovels and Backhoes/Buckets will be used in this process. The material processed would then be stockpiled in their respective areas with proper labeling and maintained as prescribed in the specifications of stockpiled fill materials. 3. MIXING screened material will be mixed with either sand, gravel or other approved groups of material that would be needed in order to produce the required approve fill material needed for SIDRA project needs. Then this would also be stockpiled and maintained until delivered to SIDRA. 4. LOADING this is the process where trucks will be loaded of processed material for stockpiling in the dump site or delivery to the SIDRA project site. 5. STOCKPILING it is the segregation of different processed fill material to their respective areas which will be maintained with the use of water spraying as well as covering if the need arises in order to preserve the desired quality of the fill material required by SIDRA. 6. HAULING it is the delivery of approved fill material being required by SIDRA in its various sites. Note: Aside from these there are minor activities with great importance as to the actual operation and compliance with the different aspects concerning SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND LAWS governing these processes. Equipment Details: 1. PAYLOADERS/SHOVELS Hyundai/Kawasaki with 3.8m bucket capacity at least two (2) units. 2.
