Segmentation: Segmentation has been done of two types. i. Demographic Segmentation ii. Age Segmentation I. Demographic Segmentation: This is the breakdown of the market on the basis of the demography of countries, that is, their populations. The initial target market will the Indian Market, as Confectionately Yours will be working from India. The issue of expansion will be duly considered at a later date upon the success of Confectionately Yours in the Indian market, up until which Confectionately Yours will be profited from only the Indian market. Age Segmentation: This entails the breakdown of the market into groups on the basis of their age. A study of the psychology of each of these age groups has been done and is explained briefly below. 1. First Age group: 3-7 years of age. These include the young children who enjoy chocolates and sweets, and even more so when they are in the shape of their favorite Disney characters (product description given later). This age group would essentially be the contributor to revenue of Confectionately Yours. 2. Second Age Group: 8-17 years of age. This age group includes a slighter older group of children and adolescents who still relish chocolates but carry minor restrictions. This is predicted to be the second biggest contributor to the revenue of Confectionately Yours.

3. Third Age Group: 18-30 years of age. This age group includes the people with far more restrictions than those from the previous two groups. Included into this age group are people who are more weight conscious than those from any other groups. Despite this fact, this age group is still quite a big contributor to the revenue of Confectionately Yours, as even at these ages, the youth still enjoy chocolates. This group also has the factor of nostalgia, due to which they reminisce about their childhood days as they enjoy the Disney character shaped chocolates. 4. Fourth Age Group. 30 and above years of age. This age group includes those who consider chocolate as mostly just an indulgence for themselves. However, from this age group, chocolates are bought for their children or children that they now as gifts. They are only a minor contributor of the revenue of Confectionately Yours. Targeting: The target market of Confectionately Yours is mainly young children and adolescents who have no restrictions or constraints for their love of chocolate. This would mainly include the first and second age group mentioned in the age segmentation. Confectionately Yours also intends to target the third and part of the fourth age groups at a later stage with the production low calorie chocolates and healthier chocolates. Positioning: We intend to position the company as one that takes care of the chocolate needs and desires of all kinds of people from all walks of life.

USP
The USP of our company is Confectionery that is Affectionately Yours. Confectionery or sweets and chocolates are things that are universally loved by most people. Each of our employees are given many benefits and they are encouraged to make each chocolate with a smile and love so that our chocolates are built with affection and happiness, which is what we want to give out to others.

Product: The product that we intend to produce is chocolates that are in the shape of the classic Disney characters of Mickey Mouse, Mini Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck. To use these classic Disney characters, the copyrights of these characters need to be obtained from Disney with permission to use them and this task has been duly completed with the signing of a contract enabling us to use the characters for nothing but the shape of the chocolates. We also intend to have Disney filled boxes, which would consist of one character each of these Disney characters. Price: As the product will be released in India first, the price of each chocolate is to be fixed at Rs. 30/- . Place: As mentioned earlier, initial release of this product will be in India, and expansion of it to the rest of the world will be duly considered after the time period of one financial year. People:

The organizational structure is given in detail later. The main people or the board of directors in this company consists of Todd Stitzer, Jefferey P Bezos, Stephen Battalia, Trapan Tripathi, V Balkrisnan and Usain Bolt who is to be brand ambassador. Please note, Usain Bolt will not be a member of the Board of Directors. He is only to be brand ambassador. (this note is to prevent any ambiguity on the matter) Physical evidence: Physical evidence of the company will be seen as its manufacturing process and distribution process begins, as it will be present in many grocery stores around India. Process: The process has been explained in detail under the heading Implementation Process. Promotion: For any company to establish itself in the market, especially in a market as competitive and cut-throat as todays, it needs to promote itself with advertisements and wide scale promotion techniques over a period of time. Some promotion strategies of Confectionately Yours are as follows: 1. Media: Wide scale advertisements with brand ambassador Usain Bolt. These will include television advertisements, in which Usain Bolt will say how much he enjoys chocolates by Confectionately Yours, and how delicious they are and how he wished he had had them when he was a child. The brand ambassador will also appear on posters and print ads in the newspaper and enjoying the chocolates. He will also be seen on bill boards and writings on buses. The bill boards and posters will be in strategic locations like just outside preschools and primary schools, so that the children of our target market will not fail to notice them.

Direct Promotion: Representatives of Confectionately Yours will stand outside schools and colleges wearing costumes of the Disney characters, from whose shapes Confectionately Yours intends to make chocolates, and encourage children to persuade their parents to buy the chocolates. 3. Social Networking Sites: Confectionately Yours will never underestimate the power that Social Networking sites when it comes to advertising or promotion of any product. We will monitor these sites and ensure that conversations are flowing in favor of our company, and sway them in our favor if they are negative.

Implementation Plan
The products that we intend to produce is chocolates that are in the shape of the original and much loved Disney characters of Mickey Mouse, Mini Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck. To use these classic Disney characters, the copyrights of these characters need to be obtained from Disney with permission to use them and this task will be duly completed with the signing of a contract enabling us to use the characters for nothing but the shape of the chocolates. The process of implementation is as follows: 1. To make obtain copyrights from Walt Disney Co., a representative from Confectionately Yours corresponding with a representative from Walt Disney Co will find out the exact process of buying the rights. 2. Following the process given, Confectionately Yours will purchase the rights from Walt Disney co. 3. On receiving the copyrights, we will then move ahead to obtain land from the government to build the factories. In this stage, all the legal formalities and permissions will be completed and acquired. 4. The factories (to be located on the outskirts of Bangalore) will then be built. 5. We will then proceed to make the machines that will make the shapes of the Disney characters and install them in the factories. 6. Acquiring raw materials will be done at this stage from various whole sale dealers. 7. Men will be employed to man the machines. 8. Production will be commenced as soon as possible.
