Dear Sir, With reference to your offer dated 01-03-2012 and subsequent correspondence & discussions regarding subject job, we are pleased to place an order on you for the subject job as per terms & conditions mentioned here below

A. SCOPE OF WORK Constructing V panel partition for JNIAS opposite wing of 6th floor, Buddha Bhavan, MG Road, Secunderabad on item rate basis as per approved. B. CONTRACT PRICE The approximate value of the contract under this job shall be of Rs 2,65,965.00 ( Rs Two lakhs sixty five thousand nine hundred sixty five only) as per the specifications attached. The above contract price shall be inclusive of material labour, site office/store, handling, packing & forwarding, all applicable taxes duties and levies, transportation charges, supervision and erection etc.

C. TERMS OF PAYMENT 1. Mobilization advance of Rs 75,000/- on the work order value may be released to you on your request. In lieu, you will submit a PDC of the same amount as security. Advance shall be recovered from your bills.

D. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The above rates are inclusive of all construction / material, labor, consumables, and all other items required for execution of defined work. 2. Basis of measurements for payment will be as per the actual done at site 3. If any part of structure is not accepted by us, the same shall be dismantled/ demolished and reconstructed by you of free of cost to our full satisfaction. Cost of all material including labor, cement steel for all such repair etc shall also be to your account. 4. The above rates will remain firm till completion of the work and no escalation shall be payble on any account. 5. TDS shall be deducted from the final bill as per provision of Income tax rules. 6. You will have to ensure full safety of man and materials and by taking all safety precautions while executing the job and follow the safety rules at the place of work as per relevant specifications. JNIAS shall not responsible for any lose/ theft of your material and machinery. 7. This is an independent contract/ work order and shall not have any relation or shall not be linked with any other work order/ contract being carried out by you for JNIAS. 8. You will sign all pages of this work order as your acceptance to the terms & conditions of the work order. 9. This work order will supersede all correspondences, discussions between us in the subject matter to the extent it is detailed here otherwise. It will remain unaltered. We hope you will find the above in order and sign the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance of the same and return it at the earliest.
