Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allah has with Him a great reward.

The Messenger of Allah said: friend closer and distance his father.

A person will draw his

Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. [Al Kahf 18:46] According to narration of Sufyan al-Thawri, when Yahuda brought in the shirt of Sayidina Yusuf and put it over the face of his father, he asked: How is Yusuff? Yahuda told him that he was the king of Egypt. SayyidinaYa'qub said: I am not asking if he is a prince or a pauper. I am asking how is he in his faith and deed. Then he told him about the qualities of his character and how God-fearing and chaste in conduct he was.

Luqman said to his son, counselling him, "My son, do not associate anything with God. Associating others with Him is a terrible wrong."

"O my son! Though it be but the weight of a grain of mustard seed and though it be hidden in a rock, or in the heavens or on the earth, God will bring it forth. Truly, God is the knower of all subtleties and He is aware.

O my dear son! Say your prayers regularly, and enjoin good, and forbid evil, and endure patiently whatever may befall you. Surely, this is something which requires firm resolve.

Do not avert your face from people out of

haughtiness and do not walk with pride on the earth: for, behold, God

does not love arrogant and boastful people.

Walk modestly and lower your voice, for the ugliest of all voices is the braying of the donkey." [Luqman 31:13,16-19] A man came to Umar ibn Khattab and complained that son of mine his disobedient to me. Umar reprimanded, admonished, warned the boy. The boy listened and then replied "If you permit me to speak, I would liked to say a few words." Umar gave him permission. The boy asked " You explained to me and I am aware our parents have rights over us. My question is O Ameer ul Mu'mineen do we have rights over our parents?" Umar said " Yes! You have 3 rights over your parents. Your father is responsible for choosing the mother of his generation to come. When you are born, to give you a correct islamic name. And third to educate you with the Knowledge of the Quran." The boy stood up and said O ameer ul mu'mineen, my father has not given me even of these ni'mah. Umar summoned the father and he told that father, Let me tell you, you have been evil to this child before he was evil to you. You have disobeyed this child before he disobeyed you. You have destroyed this child before he destroyed himself. The poet says: Laisal yateemu manintaha ilaih abawaahu min hammil hayaati wa khallafahu zaleela. Innal yateema huwallazi talqaalahu umman takhallaf aw abban mashgoolah. "The orphan is not only the one who physically loses parents before he reaches puberty. Indeed he is orphan who finds his parents occupied [for his upbringing]." Our condition is such, wife conceives we say: Moulana make dua Allah give us a normal child, after Allah gives us normal child: Moulana make dua Allah make children happy and healthy, after Allah keeps them happy and healthy: Moulana make dua Allah make them pious! Thereupon Zachariah prayed to his Lord, saying, "Lord, grant me by Your own grace virtuous offspring. You are the hearer of all prayers." [Al-i-Imran 3:38] The Messenger of Allah said, "To educate a child in his childhood is like engraing in to stone." Suhayl r.a. says I was a small boy at the age of 3 and i was at my uncle's place and he asked me "O my nephew are you not going to

worship that Allah who created you?" I asked, how can i worship Allah? Every night before you go to sleep, read three things:

witness. I took the advice of my uncle and used to read this everyday, after 1 week i told him i had been doing it. He said read it seven times. 1 year, 2 year, 3 year passed and the sweetness of the dua had already penetrated my heart. My uncle said O my nephew, that person whom Allah is watching and is aware of whatever he is doing, can he ever disobey Allah? HOW CAN YOU TELL A CHILD THIS IS HARAM, WHEN HE DOESN'T KNOW WHO ALLAH IS?! When Fatima was brought to the grave, Abu Dhar Gaffari told the grave: "O grave, do you know what amanah has been brought to you today? And do you know who will be lowered into you? This is Fatima daughter of Muhammad, wife of Ali, and mother of Hassan and Hussain. The grave spoke, and said " O abu Dharr, I don't see who comes, i see with what they come." What will be the condition of our daughters?! If you want to know what is best for your daughters, ask the same fatima who is the Queen of the women of Jennah. The Messenger of Allah asked sahabaa, Ayyau shain khairun linisaa- What is best for women? Sahabaa remained silent and Nabi said go and ask Fatima. Fatima replied, "Her sight must not fall on any strange man, and no strange man's sight must fall on her." Saad bin Abi Waqas used to say, "We used to teach our children the ghazawaat of Nabi as we used to teach them Surah Fatiha" That person who disobeys his parents, Allah's system is such he will not see prosperity from his own children! We are more than happy to hear about rights of parents, but how loyal have we been to ours. Some amongst us can only go to the graves of our parents, and some of us cannot even do that! How do you expect your children to be loyal to you!? THE TIME IS NOW. TEACH THEM, MOULD THEM, SAVE THEM! DON'T WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE OLD, THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN THEY SCOLD, HIT, DISOBEY YOU, YOU WILL WAKE UP AND IT WILL BE TO LATE!!!

Allah is with me, Allah is watching me, Allah is is my -
