GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know the man by these presents that I Sri Gokul Bonik son of Narendra Bonik aged about 52 years by faith Hindu, by occupation Business, residing at 145 Regent Colony (N. S. C. Bose Road), Jadavpur, Kolkata- 700 040 hereinafter called as the 1st PARTY (which expression shall mean and include their legal heirs successors, representatives and assign).

AND Sri Biny Das son of Sri Shridham Das aged about 41 years by faith Hindu, by occupation Business, residing at Uttar Panchpota, Deshbandhu Road, P.O.Panchpota, Ward No. 2, Sonarpur, South 24 Parganas hereinafter called as the 2nd PARTY (which expression shall mean and include their legal heirs successors, representatives and assign). AND IN RESPECT OF VEHICLE NO. - W.B. Y6974 hereinafter called as the AUTO RICKSHOW (Detail in Schedule below). Know the man by these presents that I (1st Party) hereby appoint, nominate and constitute Sri Biny Das aged above to do and execute all or any of the following acts and deeds for me and on my behalf. 1. To maintain, supervise and run above vehicle No. W.B. Y6974 known as auto rickshaw. 2. To sell the said Vehicle or any part (spare parts). 3. To collect all earnings of the said vehicle and all business that may be deemed necessary and to pay all taxes, fines, insurance premiums in respect of the said vehicle. 4. To represent me in connection with said vehicle and its business before all authorities and police stations. /courts & all Govt. offices, local authorities, syndicates and all such places wherever my personal presence may be Necessary or required and to sign and execute all necessary papers, plaints petitions, written statements, verifications, vakalatnamas, warrant of attorney necessary in connection with the said vehicle and its business & to appoint Advocate and solicitors and to represent me before all authorities including Police Stations and court or M. V. Departments, on executing letter or Bond and/ or documents as may be necessary for the purpose. 5. To file claims before Insurance Companies or any other persons and receive compensation and also to refer to or submit to arbitration and grant receipt for the same. 5(a) To appoint driver and cleaner for the above vehicle and also to dismiss them as

and when necessary. 6. To act or do or cause to be done in all such deeds and acts for me and on my

behalf as may be necessary for the proper conduct of affairs of the said vehicle. 7. To cancel the permit and or transfer the permit or to take fresh permit in which name upon submission of necessary appointment to the appropriate authority and or to convert the vehicle. 8. To submit application before the appropriate authority for replacement order and prior sale order in respect of the above vehicle in order to release the

vehicle from the covering permit

9. To execute and generally act for me in matters and things relating to the affairs
