TECHINAL SPECIFICATION
(A) STEAM BATH (BOILER):-

1) The inside tank is fabricated from Stainless Steel (S.S.) 304 No. material and is fabricated by argon arc welding to give quality finish. 2) The tank is then insulated with glass wool or asbestos sheet to maintain heat losses.

3) The tank outer dimensions are:Length-24 width- 24 heigth-15

4) The inlet of water supply to tank is connected by a non return valve (S.S.) in series an electrically operated solenoid valve and in series bsp (S.S.) is provided to give water supply to the unit. 5) The electrical heaters used are of (S.S.) 304 for long life and the rating of each is 5000 watts x 3 nos. To give 15 KW. Unit. 6) A specially developed electronic digital display feather touch timer 0-99 minutes to control the working system of the steam generator with safety system is provided in case of no water supply, the system is put off automatically. 7) At the entrance of the steam room a control panel is provided. It has the following parts:A) 1) Yellow indicator shows no water in tank. 2) Red indicator shows water is filled to minimum level and the heaters are put on Automatically 3) Green indicator shows water level to maximum. Required to generate steam & The Solenoid valve is put off. B) ON - OFF SWITCH:-To start the electronic digital display timer 0-99 minutes.

C) The electronic digital display timer is having feather touch buttons. After setting the time manually it switches on item no. 6. After that the steam function in operation begins. (B) SAUNA BATH CABIN:1) The wall of the sauna bath cabin are made from white pine wood on both sides & in between glass wool is added to give a good thermal insulation i.e. To prevent loss of heat.

2) The heating units is fabricated from S.S. 304 quality steel for durability. inside are air heaters of durable quality equivalent to 15 K.W. however the K.W. may be varied if you find the heat is too much. This is automatically controlled by thermo control. 3) There is a feather touch digital display temperature controller with electronic timer for fail safe system.

(C) WHIRLPOOL (JACUZZI):1. Bath Tub to suit client requirment (size) 2. Hydro - air jet nozzles as per quantity to suit client requirement. When water is forced through the jet nozzles a air tube in the center , a negative pressure is created and air is fitted out along with water jet. Thus giving air - water (Hydro-Air) combatinaon effect , in the tub containing water.

The Nozzles body is made from Imported Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) metal for better fluidity to give finish and shape and easy machine-ability.

3) Monoblock pump set - kirlosker make. 4) Water filters sand type back flushing capacity.
