Re: Narrows Inlet Hydro Project - Temporary Suspension Request Dear Gary: Narrows Inlet Hydro Holding Corp. hereby requests a temporary suspension of the review schedule for the coordinated provincial and federal Environmental Assessment Review of the Narrows Inlet Hydro Project. Narrows Inlet Hydro Holding Corp. requires additional time to adequately respond to the fisheries and wildlife issues raised by Hemmera Envirochem. We request that the EAO provide a list of outstanding issues that must be addressed by Narrows Inlet Hydro Holding Corp for the timeline to resume. We estimate that, depending on the list of issues letter we receive from you, that we will be requesting reinstatement of the timeline in approximately 15 days. We further understand that in our submission to reinstate the timeline, we may request a change in our Project Description to remove two of the five projects (SS Creek and CC Creek), and their impacts, from consideration. This will not jeopardize reinstating the timeline. Please note that we continue to remain in the concurrent permitting process, and will be active in this process during the modified timeline.
