Position Role:
@XP Stage: Leadership Role
Explicit Role:
• Develop external and internal communication materials and positioning the organization
as a top choice for students and organizations
• Manage the overall brand communication, marketing materials, press releases, sales and
product collateral, event marketing, customer messaging and coordinating press-analyst
relations

Regular hours worked:


25h up to 40h/week

Responsibilities
1. Communications Strategy 30%
o Develop and implement the LC Communication Plan
o Develop and implement instruments to deliver the Communication plan
2. AIESEC Constanta web page 10%
o Installation and maintenance of the new website and its architecture
o Development and maintenance of a content management system that
would ensure updated information on the website from necessary areas
in the office
o Development and execution of strategies to ensure AIESEC has
maximum and strategic visibility on the web
3. AIESEC Constanta Community 5%
o Installation and maintenance of the AIESEC Constanta Community
o Develop the community as principal channel used by AIESEC Constanta
for the AIESEC Network
4. Branding 20%
o Align AIESEC Constanta products with the brand promise
o Implement brand standards for internal and external use
o Development of training materials and sessions on Branding
o Educate all AIESEC Constanta people on AIESEC Identity in order to
form brand ambassadors
o Ensure a tracking system of the brand touch points
5. Public Relations 25%
o Develop long term Media Partnerships
o Coordinate press related activities and generate press materials as
needed, including posting / distributing releases, and managing speaking
opportunities
o Coordinate and manage the organization presence at key customer
tradeshows, industry events, seminars, web-casts and other events
6. Internal Communication 5%
o Develop and build instruments to support the internal communication
