Program Concept
The Effective Communication workshop or the Highly Effective Communication Tools workshop is an integrated program developed from 4 independent programs conducted by ICSPS for Corporates and Open House audiences. This intensive program develops from the independent programs and encapsulates it through a very interactive workshop giving every participant the optimum and appropriate exposure to the various concepts and tools to become an Effective Communicator as a Writer, Speaker and Presenter. This program primarily focuses on the demonstration of Effective Communication brought about by the four language skills - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. The primary aim is to enable individuals to recognize and discover their language strengths and weaknesses and to develop on opportunities that would empower them to recognize Effective Communication opportunities in either situation (Social or Business) and immediately apply appropriate workable methods. Further, this highly interactive, two-day program is designed to enhance general communication skills. Individuals will learn how to effectively use language tools and techniques for effectively interpreting social and business communication codes verbally and non-verbally expressed. Through case studies and exercises; participants will practice ways and adopt approaches to communicate effectively, to listen effectively, and practice summarizing what others are communicating to avoid conflict. They will learn about their own communication styles, their preferences, and considerations for using a different style when interacting with others. We will use additional case studies to identify best practices in giving and receiving constructive feedback. These Participants will be among the few professionals who communicate their ideas and thoughts effectively both in oral and written formats.
