5.0 Time Estimates


Development Time Normal development time is 2-3 weeks. Based on the flow description it can be readjusted.

6.0 Payment Terms


1. 50% Advance payment along with the Purchase Order, remaining 50% payment after the installation of the IVRS System. 2. 100% Advance for Hardware need to be paid.

3. VAT @5% on Hardware and 10.3% service tax on software applicable.

7.0 Installation
1. Installation and configuration time for the IVRS software will be 5 working days from the date of completion of development. It may take more time based on additional customization required. 2. Installation will be done with the help of your system Administrator. 3. Before Deepija Telecom (P) Ltd. takes up the installation, the customer needs keep all the pre requisites ready. Please Note 1. Support would continue for 1 Year after the installation with no extra cost. During this period, all kind of problem fixing can be done. 2. After 1 Year of time, service and maintenance can continue with the payment of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) amount. This amount will be 18% of the invoice value. 3. All the enhancement/ customization can be given at Rs. 650/- per hour. The scope of customization starts after the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is done. 4. Support will be provided through Onsite Visit, E-Mail, Phone and text based chat. Assuring you of our best products and services at all times.
