Extra-thick linerup to three times conventional thickness for very severe and abrasive applications. The SRL-XT pump has been specifically designed to handle extra-coarse slurries. The extra thick rubber linings coupled with the large diameter, low rotational speed impellers makes this the ideal pump for SAG and ball mill discharge, primary cyclone feed and other extremely abrasive applications. The SRL-XT has proven to have superior wear life compared to hard metal pumps and conventional rubber lined pumps. The replaceable rubber liners are less expensive and last longer than hard metal, thus mill operating cost are dramatically reduced with the SRL-XT.

Because of their low thrust loads, ease of piping, small footprint, and reliability horizontally split case pumps have always been used in services such as cooling water, quench water, spray water and cold well. Now however with more mineral recovery being accomplished by chemical methods these pumps are being applied in services such as pregnant leach solution, rich electrolyte, lean electrolyte, and raffinate. ITTs ability to furnish an industrial grade split case product out of various metallurgies makes us ideal for these services.
