The Highest Office in the Land?

Here we are again, the campaign for President is picking up speed, as if it is the highest office in the land. The debates will continue, sabers will rattle, and O the mud. Theres mud enough for everyone, but in the end we will be left with twiddle dee and twiddle dumb. The whole election process is a side show to keep the commons thinking they make the decisions and that decision sets the agenda. Reality shows it to be a multiple choice question and history tells us that democratic socialism keep rolling along against Natural law, Gods Law, the Constitution and the will of true Americans. Let me tell you that I am sick of all the problems, the corruptions, the cover-ups, the new-speak spin, the lies, and the crimes that go unpunished. I am also sick of all the stories and articles that lack solutions. We are taught that the presidency is the highest office in the land but is it? There are men that make presidents. Presidents can be impeached and can be brought up on criminal charges. And if they dont play the game the way their masters demand they could be assassinated. Thats my fear for Ron Paul because he doesnt play the game. But the point is the presidency is not the highest office in the land. The highest office in the land, although it has been concealed from us, is the Grand Jury. In times past and in other land there are the dreaded inquisitors. These, feared by the common class, Inquisitors worked to keep crime down and to silence opposition to the illegitimate State or the States church. The American union of Nations rejected the tyrants security system and set up a peoples court. The American people insisted on due process of law that was held outside of the powers of government. This power belongs to the people though our jury system. The Grand Jury, when its being used properly, is the highest office in the land. No politician, district attorney, judge, or anyone else, can override a Grand Jury. Any official trying to manipulate a Grand Jury is committing a felony, unfortunately that is happening every day throughout this Nation. The Grand Jury may investigate any form of government or private crimes within their jurisdiction. In truth, the Grand Jury sets jurisdiction for the courts. U.S. v Morton Salt Co. 338 U.S. 632, 642-643 (1980), The Grand Jury can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even just because it wants assurance that it is not. Their meetings are to look into alleged crimes, to question witnesses, and then if there is enough evidence, to indict, which is to begin criminal proceedings. The Grand Jury can start investigations into governmental corruption, Honorable Chief Justice Chase said, You must not be satisfied by acting upon such cases only as may be brought before you by the district attorney, or by members of your body to whom knowledge of particular offences may have come. Your authority and your duty go much further. You may and you should, summon before you, officers of the government, and others whom you may have reason to believe possess information proper for your action, and examine them fully. What are lacking in most all our writers and patriots today are real uncompromising restoration changes. They point out problem write about corruption and in many cases presents good documented

evidence. Others try to create grass root groups and need large sums of money to do so. Grass is for feed and for mowing its not the way to restoration of our Nation. The courts are ours, they must be taken back. The Jury system is ours and we must make all that seek our republic restored aware of it. Using our jury system properly is the best non-violent effectual way of restoration. There is much to be said further and may angles to be written about the jury system, knowledge of which has been hidden from us. I am not a writer nor do I have name recognition and my challenge to you is to see if these things be so. And if so write and talk about it to inform your followings. I like what you talk and write about but for most people I talk to say it is heavy and down beat. We need solution we all know that this country is being taken down and being dismantled right before our eyes. Let the people see that there is a chance for restoration of the only government ever dedicated to, for, and by the people, the one and only free nation. Our glorious beauty is a fading flower and our production is now eaten up or stomped to death before it is ripe. We have error in vision and stumble in judgment. The day is at hand, let truth be our crown of glory. Let truth guide the residue of his people that are not drunk with dilutions. Let truth be a spirit of judgment to those who sit in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the courts. The courts were ours, we must take them back, am I right or wrong. If Im right sound the trumpets let the people know, write, talk, and sing about this but let the people know.
