Diverter Manifold
Halliburton Testing and Subsea diverter manifolds are located downstream of the surface well test equipment package with the purpose of allowing a safe means to manually divert the gas and oil ow, without interruption, from one burner boom to another in the event of wind change or other scenario requirements. Diverter manifolds are also used in conjunction with the air supply for the burner booms. Diverter manifolds are constructed as skid units, manufactured to meet DNV 2.7-3 lifting codes as well as appropriate ANSI/ASME/NACE requirements. Types Oil Manifold: Located downstream of the separator and providing the capability to divert oil ow to the appropriate burner boom or designated aring or storage area, such as surge tank or atmospheric tank. Skids are available in 2-valve and 5-valve versions, each comprised of 3-in. Fig 206, ANSI 600-lb Balon ball valves. Gas Manifold: Located downstream of the separator and used to divert the produced gas ow from the separator to the appropriate burner boom or designated aring area. Skids are available in 4-in. and 6-in. Fig 206, ANSI 600-lb Balon ball valve versions. Air Manifold: Located in the air compressor area and used to divert airow to the appropriate burner boom during well test operations. The skid is comprised of two 4-in. Fig 206, ANSI 150-lb Balon ball valves. Features Skid-mounted units that are manufactured to meet DNV 2.7-3 lift frame requirements
HAL32607
Meets all required ANSI / ASME requirements for piping and valves Meets NACE MR-01-75 Service standards Benets Allows exibility to direct oil and gas produced from the separator to burners, storage tanks, production lines, or other destinations to meet customer requirements Helps ensure that the oil and gas ow can be diverted safely without interruption
Diverter Manifold
Divert oil and gas to the safest burner with respect to wind direction Skid-mounted to allow ease of placement at the site
