Performance of management services in Public sector or Private sector is an essential factor for the success of every Administration from

the national level down to local level. Hence, I do believe with good effective management, it helps the government business enterprise grow and helps function professionally the flow of government agency. In relation to that, a government owned University must train more Students who are willing to learn and to develop their skills in the field of administrative management. Also, to serve their country in any Public offices with good faith in the near future with the help of God in Sha Allah. In fact, such willingness to be a part of Public Service is a great contribution and a task for the country. It is also a manifestation of giving good services to the fellow countrymen. If this public service happens and with good faith it will become a true-pride of anybody as Filipino. I believe being a Public Servant of our country is not going to be easy. one needs to be well equipped and well prepared in his field otherwise his or her services to his or her Country will be in vain and ineffective. A Government owned University like UP Open University must grant opportunity for admission to their curricular programs, even to those working abroad and willing to be trained and willing to render their services to their beloved country, by the time they have returned to their home base Philippines. Now, I included myself to be one of those Persons who are longing to be given opportunity again and a chance for admission to the UP Open University. It was because of the fact that, long before coming to Saudi Arabia in 2004, I was accepted for admission to Master of Art in Islamic Studies with scholarship grant at UP Diliman. But when the opportunity of working abroad came to me, I deferred my plan to pursue my studies due to my interest to help my family and relatives. It has been eight (8) years since I work abroad as a translator and an Islamic propagator at the Islamic Propagation Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In my working experience in the field of dawah, I have learned a lot of knowledge and technique on how to deal with people. I have given them an Islamic awareness and have taught them the important basic knowledge of Islam to be learned as a new Muslim. I have translated some books as well. When it comes to administrative management at any Public Offices, I am certain that my knowledge is insufficient. recently a friend, who is currently working as an Administrative Secretary in one of the prestigious institution here in Riyadh, apprised me and encouraged me to take the UP Open Universitys program. Since then, my plan to pursue further studies is kept on a primal importance.

the reason why I am here wanting to apply for a Masters Degree is that I want to learn more and to develop my skills in the field of Public Management and when the time comes, I would greatly be qualified as a Public servant of our country. Then, It would give me pride and zeal with unwavering faith to serve my fellow Filipinos. Nowadays, a best Public servant must be well prepared enough and geared up with Excellent Educational Qualification. If he has this, he can be able to do his duty and responsibility at any Public Office very well. He must also be well trusted enough by the people. And I believed a trusted person must be at all the times God conscious. A person who has these two qualities mentioned above must be demanded by the government to serve at any Public Office. Without this, there can be no prosperity in the people's live at all and there might be setbacks in the Political Evolution of our Country. Hence, the government must be selective and careful to pick out the candidate for Public Servant for the sake of Good Governance. Indeed, only Good Governance can give full trust and full satisfaction of heart of its people. A foregoing mentioned no doubt was my life long aspiration and how wonderful when one time make it possible for me. Thereby, I will be thankful to God first and to those who will help me to make it possible as well. And I will pray them to God-Creator to pave their way of life with certitude. Indeed, my sincere desire upon completion this studies is to serve my native home land and to contribute the knowledge that I have learned from the said University to my fellow Filipinos and to shirk my country from political turmoil to the best of my ability. Lastly, I am hoping to grant me a kind acceptance for admission to UP Open University so as to pursue my studies in Master's Degree.
