We offer an inclusive programme and welcome all levels of fitness from beginners to regular walkers. If you are unsure whether a particular walk is appropriate to your level of fitness, please call Kim Braznell on the number below and she will advise accordingly. The walks are free of charge and everyone is welcome. Its a great way to be active, socialise and have fun. Please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear - boots are recommended as paths can get very muddy. Dogs are welcome on most walks but must be on a short lead or under close control.
