Ms. Lalsangzuali, Sesawng,Venglai, Dist Aizawl, Mizoram Dear Ms.Lalsangzuali, We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as Sr.Guest Service Associate in our Health Club & Gym department w.e.f. 31st.May.2010 on the following terms and conditions: 1. Your consolidated salary will be Rs.16600 /- (Rs.sixteen thousand and six hundred only) per month the details of which are as under. Grade Basic salary House Rent Allowance Transport Allowance Special Allowance Gross Salary : : : : : : S-4 7770.00 3385.00 1800.00 3645.00 Rs.16600.00

In addition to the above you will also be entitled to the benefits as per the Annexure enclosed. 2. You will be on probation for a period of six months. Till such time you are communicated in writing, you shall continue to remain on probation. This probationary period can further be extended by duration as decided by the Management. On expiry of the probation period you will be confirmed as a permanent employee of the company in writing provided, in the opinion of the Management your work is considered satisfactory and you are found fit for the job and pass the fire safety program prescribed by the company. 3. During the probation period your services may be terminate without notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. For termination your services after confirmation one month notice from either side will be necessary. In case of termination of your services on grounds of misconduct or serious neglect, dereliction of duty, breach of rules and regulations or conduct prejudicial to the interest. 4. It is the present practice of the management not to levy any services charges on the guest, bills and should the services charges be levied in future, you will not be entitled for any extra

amount payable to you on this account, as your monthly emoluments have been fixed after taking into consideration normal service charges levied in the Hotel. 5. During your employment with the company you will devote your whole time to the business of the company and will diligently and effectively carry on the duties entrusted to you from time to time. 6. You will not be entitled to accept whether directly or indirectly any part-time job or transact any business of any kind whatsoever during the course of your employment with the company. 7. If any information in the personal data, furnished by you in the company application form is found to be incorrect, you will be liable to dismissal without notice. 8. You will keep the management informed of any change in your residential address, in case of your inability to do so, any communication sent at the address available with the management will be deemed to have been served on you. 9. The management reserves the right to change designation and duties at its sole discretion without affecting your salary and benefits under this letter. 10. Your services will be liable to be transferred anywhere in India or abroad to any of the Hotels belonging to the organisation The term belonging to the organisation, will be applicable to all Hotels owned, operated or managed by the organisation, or any other corporate body belonging to the same group of companies. Upon transfer you will be under the administrative control of the Hotel to which you are transferred and the service conditions of that Hotel will be applicable to you. Such transfer will not be considered as a change in service conditions and also will not make you entitled to any change to your emoluments. 11. You will always be subject to general service rules and regulation of the company from time to time and your duties and responsibilities will be laid down by the management of company. 12. Your appointment is subject to your being found medically fit and continuing to remain fit under the company's examination scheme. You will also require undergoing the medical examination as and when directed by management of the company. 13. You are required to submit an acceptable documentary evidence of date of your birth. The date of birth as shown and declared by you will be used for all purposes and no cognizance will be taken of any request for alteration in future. 14. You will be retiring on attaining the age of 58 years or 30 years of continuous service whichever is earlier. 15. In the event of your absence for a continuous period of 8 days (which absence for the period for which the leave though applied for but was not granted) it will be assumed that you are no longer interested in working for the company and have abandoned the services on your own accord. You will not be entitled for any statutory compensation for abandoning the services

of the company in this manner. 16. The Management attaches considerable importance to a high level of physical fitness. Personal grooming, General appearance & Deportment. You will be required to ensure that you achieve the desired level of physical fitness.
