liquor stores. This bill establishes a one-time fee for contractors purchasing a liquor store agreement, but will save approximately $1.2 million per year in tax dollars. **SB 5104, in addition to establishing an income tax, this bill would reduce the state's portion of the sales tax to 3.5% and eliminate the state's portion of the property tax.
