It looks like there is a long-way to go for India in empowering Women.Every country, in order to sustain its rate of growth, will have to breakdown these sizable barriers. The conference aims to bring together academicians, business leaders, policy makers and other stake holders from around the globe to deliberate on the issues concerning the conference theme. About the Conference

here is no universally agreed definition on what sustainability means. There are many different views on what it is and how it can be achieved. The idea of sustainability stems from the concept of sustainable development which became common language at the World's first Earth Summit in Rio in 1992.The original definition of sustainable development is usually considered to be "Development that meets the need of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs" A sustainable future is one in which a healthy environment, economic prosperity and social justice are pursued simultaneously to ensure the well-being and quality of life of present and future generations.

GUIDELINE FOR AUTHORS: Softcopy of the full paper not exceeding 4000 words with abstract, should be submitted in MS-word format / PDF format with a brief resume of the author, email-Id and contact number. The full paper accompanied by a statement of originality stating that the paper has not been published elsewhere and is the original work of the author, must be sent to the following email ID: adarshinternationalcon2@gmail.com The full paper will be subjected to blind review of eminent academicians and professionals. The acceptance of the paper will be communicated through email to the first author of the paper. All the selected papers will be published in an edited volume bearing ISBN number.

PAPERS IN ABSENTIA:
The conference provides an opportunity to the authors to present the papers in absentia as well. Papers on the conference theme presented in absentia are eligible to be included in the conference proceedings and also get a certificate. The registration fee and dates will remain the same for the papers in absentia.
