Project Scope Statement: This proposed construction and expansion project will be the first major strategic alteration we have made to our original concept, design and purpose. This building will be a 5,000 square foot roof that will be the support housing for the solar panels. Our goal is to create a work environment with top of the line technology to satisfy the employees. These solar panels will help provide a clean energy base that supply power to the main generators for all departments. This new network will be set up as a self-guided path using wired and wireless technology. We will make the commitment to the client that the technology used will always be current, self-supplied, and relevant. We will provide the Client with state of the art panels that are EPA approved and will provide hands-on learning opportunities as well as energy recycling. We have agreements with three major companies that they will make available to us display prototypes and development information in return for featuring their company logo and our recognition of them as contributors. The project is to commence on Monday, February 2, 2013 and will complete no later than Thursday, October 31, 2013. This is a Fixed-Price Contract; the contractor commitment estimate is $750,000.00 for the complete project.

Project Success: The successful completion of the project must be achieved by Thursday, October 31, 2013. Progress milestones associated with the project are as follows: 1. Architectural drawings completed and approved 2. Building permit approved

Functional Area Interfaces

Functional Area: Power Grid Interior- Personnel shall demonstrate a working level knowledge of the functional interfaces between safety system software components and the systemlevel design. Power Testers- Personnel shall demonstrate a working level knowledge of the relationships between the problems being addressed by safety analysis and design codes, the design requirements for the codes, and the components of the codes.

Interfacing Functional Area(s): Identify how system-level requirements are established and then assigned to hardware, software, and human components of a digital instrumentation and Control system. Explain the functional requirements and applicability of safety analysis and design computer codes are defined, documented, and controlled relative to modeling and data assumptions, design constraints, sizing and timing conditions and input/output parameters. Identify the specific records that must be maintained and the requirements for maintaining these records to document the development of safety system software. Keep all financial documents and report status to executive sponsor and the PM. Keep the project in frame with the scope budget throughout the project duration This consists of supporting the application of engineering disciplines to technically support development of new and existing solar panel capabilities and systems, technically support development of significant alterations to existing systems support integration

Grid Design- Personal will review a development project for safety system software. Explain how the functional interfaces between components and the system level design were established and controlled. Finance Officers- Maintain financial records of all transitions.

Engineering Dept.- Maintain the installation process keeping the project on schedule for completion.
