5. To verify if you were on the direct payroll of the Employer mentioned in the Applicant Information Sheet. If you were on contract basis, then details / documents pertaining to the contract agency will be required

6. If he was working as an agent on commission basis, then the details are not to be mentioned in the Applicant Information Sheet, as his experience will not be taken into consideration
