Provideinputandpreparepreliminaryprojectionsofcapex,opexandrevenues AssistwithevaluatingthePPPoptionsandsettingthecontractarrangementswiththeprivateoperator Assistinthedraftingofalltechnicalaspectsofthecontractualdocumentswiththeinternationalinvestor,includingoperators performanceobligations,technicalspecifications,inspectionrequirementsandmonitoringframework AssistIFCinalltechnicalaspectsofthetenderprocess,includinginteralia:(i)organizingthetechnicalinformationavailable forthedataroom,(ii)reviewingthetechnicalconformityoftheprequalificationandfinaloffersofprospectivebidders,and(ii) potentialnegotiationsandpostbidcontractfinalizationswiththewinningbidder AssistanceinpreparationofanoptimaltransactionstructureforimplementingtheTransaction INDIVIDUAL/FIRMPROFILE Theconsultantwillbeafirm. SUBMISSIONREQUIREMENTS TheWorldBanknowinviteseligibleconsultantstoindicatetheirinterestinprovidingtheservices.Interestedconsultantsmust provideinformationindicatingthattheyarequalifiedtoperformtheservices(brochures,descriptionofsimilarassignments, experienceinsimilarconditions,availabilityofappropriateskillsamongstaff,etc.forfirmsCVandcoverletterforindividuals). Pleasenotethatthetotalsizeofallattachmentsshouldbelessthan5MB.Consultantsmayassociatetoenhancetheir qualifications. Interestedconsultantsareherebyinvitedtosubmitexpressionsofinterest.
