Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as "Mandatory Military Service Requirements". SEC. 2 Table of Contents The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title. Sec. 2. Table of contents TITLE I--PROCUREMENT

UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS (a.) All monies within and labeled as welfare and

unemployment monies over a period of 15 years will be redirected to the defense budget to provide for and fund the mandatory military service expenses and budget. (1) Starting on the effective date of this bill 50% of all monies in the Federal budget that are used in the TARP, food stamps, federal housing, and unemployment benefits will be used and will go directly into the Mandatory Military service budget.

duty by a stay with the active army, join the national guard, or join the reserves of their respective military branch. (b.) All eligible citizens after their two years of service must follow one the above listed options until the age of 40(1) excepting those dishonorably discharged (2) excepting those declared medically unfit for duty.
