Precision and speed in every page
No more time wasted in waiting for printouts and copies: the DocuCentre 2058 has a print/copy speed of 23 pages per minute (ppm), while the DocuCentre 2056 produces at a rate of 20 ppm. Other features such as Multiple-Up Copying/Printing and an easy-to-use Feeder expand your possibilities for superior print and copy.

Versatile colour scanning features

The DocuCentre 2058/2056 lets you send scanned datawhether in B/W or colour to your network PC with ease and full control. The range of scan destinations and network configurations lets you decide the flow of information with just a push of a button. And with a colour resolution of 300/200 dpi, the DocuCentre 2058/2058 produces vivid, high-quality e-documents primed for quick distribution. Scan to PC: Files scanned via feeder or glass are sent directly to your computer.*1 Scan to Server Message Block (SMB): Scanned files are directly transferred to shared-access files and serial ports. Scan to E-mail: Scanned files are sent directly from the Multifunction Device (MFD) to any nominated address in TIFF or JPEG format.

An intuitive, quick-to-master user interface

DocuCentre 2058/2056s User Interface (UI) makes it one of the most user-friendly monochrome MFDs on the market. Process urgent jobs instantly via the Copy, Scan, and Fax Easy-Access Buttons, and navigate the different print job and MFD settings with ease using the four-line LCD panel and five-way key.

Copy, scan and fax functions are available through easy access buttons. Job Status displays lists of the active or completed jobs on the touch screen. Log In/Out provides access to password-protected features.

LCD panel shows copy quantity, zoom ratio, error code, machine status and numerical values. Back button: Press to go up one level in the menu. Address Book button: Press to access the Fax and Email address books.

A smart MFD that saves space

DocuCentre 2058/2056 fits a suite of powerful features into a compact package measuring 596 mm (width) and 572 mm (depth)*2. Its wingless design incorporates a centre exit to minimise space requirements, even with the optional features. Transportable by two people, it can be moved after installationa perfect match for small offices.

DocuCentre 2058/2056 goes the extra mile with its optional features. Augment the standard Duplex Copy/Print feature with the Platen/Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF). Configure the Fax and print/scan options to local and/or network settings, according to your business requirements. The Paper Capacity can also be adjusted to your document needs: from the standard 250 + 50 sheets (one tray + Bypass Tray) to the maximum capacity of 1,800 sheets (four trays + Bypass Tray).*3
