and importance of life. He is the best father one can have. He did a lot for his family to give them the best education and the living standard. Not only to his wife and kids, also to his own younger brothers. He was and still is a very loving and caring father. My mom tells me, he was there for me everyday, played with me when I was little and even now he gives me time and attention. Every time I would have any kind of a problem, I very well knew where to turn for help.My father is a very influential person as well. He helps people in any way he can. No matter how you look at him he is the greatest father one can have. Not only a greatest father, a greatest friend, a greatest husband. May God bless my father and hope and pray that he stays around for many more years to come. THE BOOK I WILL REMEMBER(knjiga) Star Wars is a science fiction adventure novel. The story gives a great look into the future as it has many different types of things we have not yet invented. The plot of the story mainly reflects on a young boy, Luke Skywalker. Luke was raised on his Uncle's moisture farm on the planet Tatooine.Luke is attacked by group of natives, Tusken Raiders also known as sand people. Obi-Wan comes and saves Luke from the sand people and take him back to his home. He then decides to train to be a Jedi Knight. ObiWan and Luke meet up with a smuggler named Han Solo and his co-pilot, Chewbacca the Wookie also known as Chewie. They make a deal for Han to take the two humans and the two droids to Alderaan.They save the princess Leia,fight with evil forces and droids on planet Yavin. Luke and his friends are rewarded metals for their bravery. The novel symbolizes what George Lucas thinks the future may be like. His imagination was put to great heights to write this novel as he thought of interesting characters to introduce us to; Jabba, Chewie, Greedo, and many others. The novel gives great machinery and space age type weapons; blaster rifle, light saber, land speeder, Death Star, X-Wing, and others.Star Wars was a great novel. George Lucas did a very excellent job in writing this novel. He draws you into the novel by introducing you to many different, out of this world weapons and creatures. It was a pleasure in reading this novel and is my all time favorite. People who like science fiction novels or adventure novels should try to read this one. MY IMAGINARY TRAVEL(zamisljeno putovanje) Friday, July 23rd -- Paris, France I spent my second night in a youth hostel in Paris last night. I arrived in Paris around 6:00am local time two days ago. There I was, in Europe for the first time, and I didn't have even the beginnings of a plan. I changed some money and found out how to get into Paris.I went first to Notre Dame with two Swedish girls,we climbed the stairs to the top for a great view of Paris. We then went to find someplace to eat. We ended up walking around an African-Parisian area, and found a little restaurant. The food was quite good.After having our fill of such things, we

returned to the hotel via the Metro.Along with my Swedish friends I grabbed the metro to the Eiffel Tower. We rode the elevator to the top. Amazing view. This tower is really, really tall.And thus my journal ends -- a bit abruptly. Suddenly, I realized I was in my bed, in my gloomy flat, surrounded with books and noise that was coming from the streetWhat a dream GENERATION GAP(generacijski jaz) The gap between the old people and the young is called the generation gap. It is the difference in the attitude, priorities, and views among generations.The people belonging to the old generation always wonder what has gone wrong with the new generation. They feel that during their time, young boys and girls were better behaved, more obedient and had greater respect for elders. Young people, on the other hand, feel that they are capable enough to learn on their own rather than listen to the older generation for any guidance. The differences also appear in some other ways. For example, the way of entertainment. Our grandparents' generation never understood Elvis and the Beatles, calling rock as "the devil's music". They did all they could to ban rock and contraceptives, mostly because they couldn't understand what was going on. Then came flower power and the hippie generation,protesting against Vietnam, taking acid and going to rock festivals, such as Woodstock.What can I say about our generation?Civilization grows,so do people.Also our parents are more flexible than their parents used to be.They let us loose early. ONE MOMENT IN MY LIFE(jedan trenutak) A place that I remember well is the Park in my street. I remember going to this park on a day that was hot as hell. A group of friends and I went for my birthday and a friends birthday which was a day after mine. The worst part of this long hot day, was the even the longer drive. The drive took hours that felt like days. Finally only a few minutes upon arrival, I saw a group of people rushing the door like a heard of animals. Though outside seemed chaotic, inside was upside down. When we had got to the register, people were screaming, pushing, and just trying to get in. I remember the tall white women handing me my safety gear, I simply looked at it disgusted.In a rush to just skateboard, I just snatched everything from her and sprinted off. Following closely behind me was my brother and five of our closest friends. With great anticipation to just get in, my knees start to shake, my stomach dropped, and my hands got sweaty. Now the only thing in my way was the guy at the door checking everyone`s gear.I finally get to the door that opened up like heavens gates to me. A whole new world is what awaited me inside. I had just got in, and already I saw a mix of things I wanted to do. The rest of the people just went around me as if I was the only one standing still in the world. Barely setting my board down on the slippery almost marble floor, I start to skate around through the whole park to get the feel for it. Just half an hour into it while I was warming up, I heard a shriek that pierced my ears. The loud agonizing scream was from my brother.He fell down and did not move.I thought he was dead.Fortunately,a few seconds later,his hand moved.He was very lucky that day.And so was I.I would never forget that
