Technical Operations engineer

Pepsi co (RBL) is well reputing industry in FMCG sector of Pakistan working from last 30 years in Lahore. Supervising daily Production activities, Batch preparation and machines preparation accordingly with the daily production plan. Managing raw materials depending upon the constraints of available time and space. Preparing daily production and wastage control reports. Reducing machine breakdown through preventive maintenance and also controlling wastage of raw materials through different tactics. Calculating Line efficiency and reconcile with production staff to optimize it.

Installation and Commissioning of Tetrapak Plant. Assisted Tetra technicians in installation and commissioning of Tetra Pak Filling machine TBA19, Distribution equipment (SA30, TS30) and Tetra Processing equipment. Troubleshooting of Tetra Pak filling machine TBA19 and Distribution equipment Straw Applicator 30, Tray Shrink 30 as well as the processing equipment Tetra Alcip and Tetra Alex. Preparing plans for weekly Preventive maintenance activities. Performed TPMS of Tetrapak Plant.

AUTONOMOUS BRIDGE S U M M A R Y : I have made a system named Autonomous Bridge in which i designed

the prototype of a Bridge Similar to that of famous London Bridge And its control system in accordance with different sensors to control damage. The specifications of the system are:

Flood Damage Control. Over Loaded Vehicle Damage control. Over Height Vehicle Damage control.

ELECTRONIC WHEELCHAIR S U M M A R Y : I have designed an electric wheelchair and done all the coding of the

chair in assembly language. Also designed and implemented high current motor drives, current limiting chopping circuit and charging circuitry of the chair. Chair is fully automated and is controlled by a joystick.
